  Dura Paints is proud to announce an industry first: On- Line Ordering.
On–Line Ordering enables account Customers to place orders electronically from any device with an internet connection. I.e. computer, cell phone etc.
The advantages of On-Line Ordering.
 
  • It is free, there are no charges.
  • Orders can be placed anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Orders can be placed from anywhere using a computer, cell phone or internet enabled device.
  • Your order will be processed faster as the On Line System automates the entire process at Dura Paints from order to invoice.
  • Cost saving. No more phone calls, faxing or e mails to place an order.
  • Orders can be placed even if the Company phone lines are down or there is a power failure. The order would be stored off site, on a secure server.

  Q. How do I register for On Line Ordering?
A. Simple. Go to the new Dura Paints website (www.durapaints.co.za). To register e mail click here .
Fill in the contact details requested and forward the email to us. The system will link your account and automatically SMS/email you a USERNAME and PASSWORD which we recommend you change. Dura Paints has no record of the password sent.
 
  Q. How do I place an order?
A . Easy. Go to the website and click on <On-Line Ordering>. The link will take you to the EPIC Trade Platform. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD. Select <Create new sales order > on the left hand side of the screen. Enter <Your order number> then (email address and/or cell number> depending on how you wish to be contacted regarding the status of your order. Select <next>. <Select Category> from the drop down screen and click on it. Then click on the line item you wish to purchase, < enter qty> on the right hand side of the screen. Click <add to order>. You can select as many items as you like and can switch between category’s by clicking on the <select category) drop down screen. Click on the tab <Confirm Order> you will see the total of your purchases. You can remove any item you have selected by simply clicking on <remove> next to that line item. After you have completed the order click <submit order>. You will be SMS/emailed a reference number. Once your order is complete you will automatically receive an SMS/Email informing you it is ready for collection.
 
  Q. What else can the system do?
A. Once you have entered your USER NAME and PASSWORD you can see the progress of you order (Order placed/Order complete) as well as a history of your recent purchases.
 
  Q. Can I place an order if I do not have an account with Dura Paints?
A. Not currently. We are busy working on credit card and EFT payment.
